This page explains where the material on sreebalajibuilder.com comes from and how far it can be trusted. The domain once carried the company's own website for Sree Balaji Builder & Promoter, a Madurai construction, real estate and timber-import firm, and that site has since lapsed. The aim here is twofold: to set out what the firm itself published, and to mark the point where the surviving archive stops being a reliable guide to the business.
Nothing here is run by the company, and no work is offered, no rate quoted and no enquiry collected. What follows was drawn from the firm's own pages, its own social channels and its own business listing. Both sweeps reached the apex address, every subdomain under it and the www form; nothing was sampled, and the heaviest bodies were read to the very end. A brand search and a listing query were also made shortly before publication.
The five pages that belong to the firm
Five pages under this address belong to the firm: a homepage, a construction page, a real estate panel, the Balaji Impex page and a contact page. All five remained readable in both the 2024 and the 2026 archive passes. The homepage opened with a welcome line and described the business as a professionally licensed and registered custom house framing, real estate and impex company in Madurai. The service panels carried six work types: remodeling, painting, design, custom builds, construction and repairs.
The timber arm appeared as Balaji Impex, billed as a Ghana teak wood import operation, and its product list survived intact on the earliest and the latest captures. The homepage also carried two short client remarks signed with the first names Anand and Venkat, reproduced by the site itself rather than gathered from anywhere else. The contact page printed the office addresses, telephone numbers and mailboxes that the offices card on this page reproduces exactly as published.
Two postcodes and two ways to find it
The contact page placed the head office at 12A/1, by the Ponmeni bus stop opposite the Life Style store on Bye Pass Road, Madurai, with the postcode 625010. The company's own business listing gave the same street and locality but the postcode 625016. Both versions appear in the offices card rather than being averaged into one. A Chennai branch was printed too: No 1-B, first floor, Balaji Nagar 1st Street, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai 600032, behind a restaurant, with its own mobile number attached.
Two routes lead to the firm outside the archive. A business-profile probe run when this version was prepared returned a verified listing that names this domain, and a brand search returned the firm's Instagram and Facebook accounts plus three directories. The social bios repeat the first of the two contact-page mobiles, which ties the listing, the old site and the social channels together. The same search also surfaced a registrar notice sitting at the address itself, where the company-name result now points.
The contamination after 2023
About one thousand five hundred captures survive across the apex address and its www form, and only five of them belong to the company. From 2023 onward the same WordPress installation carried promotional articles pushing betting brands and paid academic-writing services, none of it connected to construction or to timber. The firm's own pages were separated from that remainder by author, date and subject, and the archive ledger on this page summarises what each pass found and in what condition.
One capture is unusually large: a dump, made public, of stolen login pairs covering hundreds of unrelated websites, complete with administration paths and passwords. It sits publicly readable in the archive, and it says nothing about a builder in Madurai. It is named here only so that a reader who stumbles on it does not mistake it for the firm's own material. Reproducing the injected copy would give a second life to promotional text the company never wrote and to credentials that belong to strangers.

The firm still trades, so the sensible route to it is through its own live channels rather than through a lapsed domain. The contact page printed two mobile numbers and one landline with the Madurai 0452 area code, plus three mailboxes: a Gmail address for the timber arm, a Gmail address for the builder and a personal address on the company domain. The offices card shows these exactly as they were published, presented as history rather than as an invitation to transact.
The company has no hand in this page and receives nothing from it. Nothing here is a valuation, a title opinion or a construction specification.
